Just a heads up, tossing goodies into your cart doesn't lock them in; the stock only gets cozy with you once you hit that order button!

Your Orders To locate your order number, log in to your account and visit order history where you'll spot all your orders and their numbers. Also, check your order confirmation email for the number. Got an unused promo code or eGift card? Apply them at checkout. Why not?

Your orders can ONLY be changed or called off when it says "confirmed". Just shoot an email to service@catladysfind.com, and our awesome customer service will assist within TWO BUSINESS DAYS! But once it's out the door, it's out of our paws!

PROMO and & eGIFT CARDS

Promo Codes You'll get a dazzling 10% OFF promo code in your welcome email. Don't snooze on checking your email and using it when you checkout. More promo goodies are lurking on influencers' social media and during our epic marketing blitz!

eGift Cards

We sell eGift cards in values of $30, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. Once you order, you'll get an email with a 16-digit eGift card number. Our cards don't expire until you spend them, but sorry, no cash refunds!

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping Address

Bummer, at the moment, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
If you goof up the shipping address, shoot us an email at service@catladysfind.com while your order's still "confirmed", our squad will fix it in TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
Once it's on its way, we can't monkey around with any changes.
Sorry, we can't juggle multiple orders. You gotta cancel them first and start fresh. Also, we can't split a single order to different spots, please get it.

Order Tracking

Our warehouse is chillin' in mainland China ONLY, so all the cool goods ship from there.
After your order sets sail, a confirmation email will find its way to you, bearing the mystical tracking number. Surf over to https://www.17track.net/en, punch in your tracking number, and watch as your package's hideout is revealed!
If your tracking info hasn't been jazzed up in a week, hit us up at service@catladysfind.com. Our crew will hit you back in TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order is MIA, but the system claims it's arrived, holler at us at service@catladysfind.com. Our cool cats will hit you up within TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
